RetroRoz guarantees all items to be as described and shown.

If an item is not stamped, it is tested and I guarantee it to be as quoted.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within three (3) days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price. Shipping both ways is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returned merchandise must be the same item as received and in the same condition as shipped. Any altered or damaged items will not be accepted for return.

PLEASE NOTIFY me immediately of your intention to return any item.

LAYAWAY OPTION:

I encourage clients who are tempted by an item to contact me to work out a payment arrangement which will support your purchasing any item you desire.

To take advantage of payment using my layaway option, please call or email to review specifics.

I will forward an email restating our mutually agreed upon terms.

A deposit is required.

There are no additional charges if you choose to pay via this option.

There are NO RETURNS on layaways.

Layaway payments are NOT refundable if a buyer does not complete paying for an item or changes their minds.

PAYMENT:

I accept payments through PayPal with shipment to your confirmed PayPal address.

You may prefer to pay with a money order, certified and personal check drawn on U.S. banks.

All payments must be in U.S. dollars.

Items will be shipped after all funds, checks, money orders and bank checks have cleared my bank.

SHIPPING FEES AND INSURANCE:

Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon, all costs for shipping, handling and insurance are the buyers' responsibility. Charges will be defined and added to price of item purchased.

INTERNATIONAL SALES POLICY:
